Hi! I’m Nicole
I help spiritual directors build sustainable practices — practices that can support both their calling and their real lives.
I’m a trained spiritual director with a background in operations and organizational leadership. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked in mission-driven environments where meaningful work often depends on clear structures to remain sustainable.
Over time, I noticed how many spiritual directors were navigating the practical side of their work alone — figuring out systems, boundaries, pricing, and structure without much support.
My work brings these two worlds together: honoring the depth of spiritual direction while helping directors build practices that are clear, ethical, and sustainable.

The Core Coaching Package
Six, 50-minute one-on-one coaching sessions over 3 months, meeting every two weeks
Before each session, you'll send me something you're working on — website copy, a decision you're sitting with, a place where you feel stuck. I'll spend time with it before we meet, so I can come with questions that help you move forward.
At the end of each session, we’ll identify clear, doable next steps tailored to where you are and what feels realistic to take on before we meet again
You'll receive a brief written summary after each session, so you have something concrete to return to between calls
This is a contained, intentional process.
You don’t need a five-year plan — you need the next right structure that can grow with you.
Investment: $1,250 (three monthly payments of $417) or pay in full for $1,100
